Happy to report success so far. I’m now at almost 20 pounds lost, from 223 to 204 since Nov 3. I haven’t been at this weight in 15 years. Blood sugar isn’t in the 80-100 range consistently but I’m below 120 2 hrs PPD 90% of the time.
I’m rolling more carbs back in, but it’s all whole-grain wheat. I need them because I started running again, 3.5 miles today. Low carb has been a revelation, I knew it could work but I am still amazed at how well I’m doing.
Put me in a corner and I fight my way out of it…
