Meanwhile, Varun Manian –a Chennai based building contractor has filed a petition against Soundarya at Madras High Court. The petitioner has mentioned that Soundarya had borrowed a loan amount of Rs 50Crs and promised that she’ll payback with 24 percent interest, the transaction was acknowledge by her manager through a letter.
Adding more, Manian states that he also offered an additional amount of Rs.1Cr, for which she had signed on promissory notes.
The company of Ocher Studios has indeed paid him Rs.20Lakhs this June, but failed to settle the pending amount.
Madras High Court has now insisted Ocher Studios to stop the production works of ‘Goa’ until December 11.

Movie starts with Peter (Surendranath) who is employed in Indian Army as a soldier. Later he falls in love with Mary (Sulochana Latkar) and soon are about to get married. Suddenly Peter is called to re-join his regiment to go to war and after that he gets missing and later believed to be dead. Now Mary becomes devastated but soon gives birth to twins. Later she leaves them on the doorsteps of two Goan households and then she becomes a nun. Now the story moves twenty four years ahead and this time, India is a free country. But Goa is still under the rule of the Portugese. Mary now becomes Mother Superior and Peter, who is considered as dead, has became the Deputy Superintendent of Police in Goa.
On the other side, both the sons of Mary named Ram (I.S. Johar) and Rahim Mohammad Salauddin (Mehmood) has became the revolutionaries. Peter is assigned the task to apprehend these two guys at any cost without knowledge of him that both of them are his own sons. Later both of them decides to rob a Portugese Bank and also disrobing an arrogant Superindent of Police named Alburqueue (Kamal Kapoor). Later they sets his house on fire. Also they have joined their hands with dreaded bandit named Daler Singh.
