There’s nothing like kicking off the new year with a new look! Reality star Kate Gosselin really lets her hair down on the cover of the Jan. 18 issue of PEOPLE. The newly-single Octomom is almost unrecognizable — with her signature spiky haircut replaced with a head full of hair extensions.
“It’s good to have hair again,” she told PEOPLE of her longer new look, achieved with the help of celeb stylist Ted Gibson. “I never thought I’d have short hair for as long as I did. I feel like this is a fresh start, a fresh me, a fresh life.”
