Stephanie Pratt has been sentenced to three years probation over her Oct. 18 arrest for driving under the influence. Pratt was living an L.A. birthday party for pal Holly Montag when she was pulled over and booked for drunk driving last fall.
She pleaded no contest to one count of misdemeanor “exhibition of speed,” with her DUI charges dropped. The 23-year-old star must also complete a 12-week alcohol education program, pay a fine and attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for eight weeks.
“Ms. Pratt voluntarily sought help from a doctor regarding substance issues but the doctor recommended that she didn’t need rehab,” a lawyer for The Hills star told PEOPLE Thursday.
