iSuppli has tore down Googles first Android phone the Nexus One and now we know how much master Google is paying for each Nexus One unit. The Android smartphome is apparently pretty cheap as it has a Bill of Materials of only 174.15.Naturally this estimate is not official as it has been conducted by a third party but the number should be in that neighborhood.
