A town is defined by constant change. To this end we conceptualised this building to dazzle the human senses and create a sense of awe as one walks through the CBD. With the greatest of ease, it will when complete stand out of its post modernist peers in the city centre.
Its sophisticated design and detailing ensures a solution that meets environmental performance by facing away the glazed area away from the sun protecting against heat gain and offering unparalleled comfort, control and cost effective use of energy. For us that forms the difference between glare and grace.
