Franklin St / Channelside drive demolition

Fuel Development’s building across from the convention center was demolished today… Wonder what’s going on there? It was the site they wanted a W Hotel on, but the hotel market is terrible and Fuel is a joke. Doesn’t appear the land has been sold.
