1. Country, City Name & total greater/LUZ population
2. How many local governments/cities/districts form the Greater Area/LUZ? – Or is it just one ?
Ex. Greater London is actually many districts/cities, including Westminster and others.
Ex. Greater Boston includes the city of Cambridge, among others.
