I’ve just found out I’m type 2. The diet, the shots, the meds I’ve been put on – it all scares me to death. I don’t understand any of this. I’m not stupid, but, all this is SO confusing! Where is a easy to understand site to educate me on all of this! HELP! I don’t even know what to eat anymore.
