I brought my blood sugar into a normal range by diet and exercise (lost 25 lbs). However, I have, since, regained the lost weight and, with it, the higher sugar levels. I have a big box full of "unopened" test strips. They are sealed in the original containers. Can they be used? I am going back to the regimen that I used (and got sloppy and abandoned).
