I always check the labels, I am fanatic, I’ve been doing this forevvvverrrr.
Today I bought 2 bags of pistachios from Safeway, shared a few with my DH and was thinking, how do they make these jalapeno nuts? I had already had 4 and sure enough;pistachios, salt, corn syrup solids, spice (includes chili pepper), maltodextrin, citric acid, lime juice solids, garlic powder, dextrose, natural flavor, paprika extract.
The plain pistachios ingredients : Pistachios, salt……there ya go.
I am so ticked at myself:( I have been rightfully put in my place, missy!
