As we’re sure you know, Toyota is trying to deal with its largest recall ever – approximately 4 million cars are affected by what appears to be a safety issues concerning the accelerator pedal. Although some voices said that the problem was actually caused by some incompatible floor mats – which blocked the accelerator pedal and continued accelerating the car – it seems like it all happens due to a faulty pedal that could get stuck in some cases.
