American manufacturer’s Chrysler Global Electric Motorcars division posted its to-date sales figures and reported the 40,000 electric vehicles sold managed to keep in on top of its segment. The GEMs sold so far managed to drive 500 million emission-free miles and helped save 19.5 million gallons of gasoline.
