German carmaker Volkswagen just revealed details on the new Golf R, considerably different compared to the regular Golf in terms of exterior styling. The 2011 VW Golf R is powered by the same 2.0 TSI turbo four-cylinder direct injection engine that outputs 199 kW / 270 hp and 350 Nm of torque at 2,500 rpm, making it the most powerful version of the model series ever built.
