HL Smith Transmissions announced today it has taken delivery of the first Iveco to join a 12-strong fleet which will be used by the transmission manufacturer as a support vehicle for mobile diagnostics and the on-site fitting. The Iveco will be equipped so that it could perform installation of manual and automatic gearboxes, differentials, axles, propshafts and power steering boxes into vans, trucks, buses, coaches and specialist military vehicles.
