Taking a poll here. My BG raises when I do more than 40 minutes of cardio, this has been the norm for me for a long time so I know if I want to do cardio for more than 40 minutes I will have to bolus about 20 minutes after I am finished to cover the BG increase. I have researched this and some have this problem.
Does anyone here have this problem? Just asking because I have been told that is impossible to have a BG raise after exercise which I find extremely funny.
