Baking/flour substitutes

Hello,
Does anyone know of good baking substitutes for flour?

My goal is to modify my existing favorite recipes by using sugar and flour substitutes. I’m not expecting the exact same taste, but maybe I can live with some of the compromises without giving up all my favorite foods.
