Ideal for virtually any kind of label from bar code to packaging, START International’s LD5100 “high-speed” electric label dispenser automatically peels and advances labels, offering photosensor accuracy and reliability, metal construction, and a high-torque motor for heavy rolls of labels. The LD5100 dispenses labels, die-cuts, paper, polyester, vinyl, acetate, foam, foil, and more. It can dispense labels from .25 in. to 4.5 in. (6 to 114mm) wide and from .50 in. to 6 in. (13 to 152mm) long, and accommodates core sizes of 1 in. (25 mm) and 3 in. (76mm). The dispenser has an adjustable strip plate for hard-to-release labels, and automatically rewinds liner scrap for a cleaner working environment. No tools are required for adjusting to different size labels, and no maintenance is required.
