ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED WITH 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL & UTILITY SCALE SOLAR ENERGY PROJECTS.
An Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for solar energy construction projects through start of construction and then managing the project successfully through its completion.
We are accepting resumes from Estimators / Project Managers who meet the following qualifications:
• 5+ years estimating / project management for construction projects with focus on commercial and utility scale solar energy projects.
• Experience selecting and managing vendors and subcontractors.
• Experience with buying/procurement of electrical equipment and maintaining vendor relationships.
• A stable employment history.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer, preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and estimating successes are expected. Experience estimating for Federal Government Projects is a preferred.
