SPRINGFIELD –Senate Majority Leader James Clayborne (D-East St. Louis) addressed a crowd of 150 particiapnts at the 6th Annual Opportunity Forum this week, hosted by the Teachers’ Retirement System. Clayborne was asked to address the growing concern about state pension systems.
