Immediate need for talented leasing/acquisition specialists to provide exceptional results to our customers.
The qualified Leasing/Acquisition Specialist candidate must have a working knowledge in:
– Real Estate.
– Negotiating and leasing experience in the agricultural, wind, wireless telecom, or pipeline right-of-way industry.
– Technical knowledge of leases.
– Proficient with tracking leases.
– Utility ROW experience
The Leasing/Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following (not an exhaustive list):
• Interface/maintain relationships with landowners to negotiate leases on behalf of client.
• Track, assemble, and submit complete deliverables for client approval.
