Italian carmaker Fiat will roll out the new Panda in 2011, after CEO Sergio Marchionne decided to suspend new car launches between October 2008 and December 2009 in a move to counteract the economic recession. Marchionne thus delayed the introduction of several models, including the new Panda and the long-awaited Alfa Romeo Giulietta.
