The D-V series demagnetizes all round metal pieces: rings, rollers and cylinders inside rolling channels. It consists of an electronic cabinet with support and a demagnetization coil. When the piece which is rolling is in the centre of the coil the demagnetizing impulse is applied. The demagnetization coils are designed to be connected to the rolling channels easily.
The demagnetizers can be supplied with or without supports; the electronics can be fixed directly to the grinding machine and the demagnetization coil to the rolling channel thus reducing the space taken to a minimum.
