Following his first day of testing with the McLaren Mercedes MP4-25 in Valencia, Lewis Hamilton admitted his excitement over driving the much-improved McLaren single-seater – as compared to its 2009 predecessor. According to the former world champion, the new car feels like a night and day difference as compared to the faulty MP4-24.
