Charlie Sheen Brooke Mueller Back Together

Charlie Sheen is moving back in with his wife, Brooke Mueller, according to her lawyer.

The actor was charged with felony menacing, third degree assault and misdemeanour criminal mischief in court in Aspen, Colorado on Monday in relation to a Christmas Day fight in which Sheen allegedly threatened to kill his wife at knifepoint.

Mueller told police the couple had argued and that Sheen pulled out a knife and held it to her throat when she threatened to divorce him and take their children. At the time, the star denied brandishing the knife but admitted crumpling his wife’s eyeglasses and said both of them had slapped each other’s arms, according to court records.

Sheen did not enter a plea, but a protective order that has separated the spouses since the incident nearly two months ago was lifted. Brooke and Charlie were allowed to fly back to Los Angeles together after the ban was modified, according to Mueller’s lawyer Yale Galanter. The attorney admits his client is eager to reconcile with the Two and a Half Men star for the sake of their infant twin sons.

“Brooke’s desire was to get the order modified so they could have contact and communicate because of their children. Judge Boyd was gracious enough to grant that and now Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to L.A. to continue their lives,” Galanter said speaking to E! News on Monday. “We need to give them a chance to be alone and catch up on everything that has happened over the last couple of months. We’ll see what happens.”

Charlie and Brooke have been married since 2008.
