To guarantee hygiene and avoid any contamination both the lifting equipment and the jib crane are completely manufactured in stainless steel.
Gripping is made by a vacuum pad with the gasket manufactured in material suitable for food.
The ergonomic handle allows to handle easily the whole cheese, no regulations are required and the effort for the operator is very low.
