GM has just announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in Seoul, Korea that will enable the GM Uzbekistan joint venture, formed of the local division of the US-based manufacturer and UzAvtoSanoat, to start building a new Chevrolet small model. The car is especially addressed to emerging markets, the company said in a statement. Details regarding the car have not been disclosed.
