Note: This position is NOT in the Houston area but is in the Mid-South in a desirable location.
Responsibilities: The Fermentation Engineer will join a team of engineers developing process designs for two new commercial scale bioreactors to produce ethanol from synthesis gas. Develop process design, help select equipment, work with contract engineering firm(s), support startup and subsequent operations.
Requires: BS degree in Bioprocess or Chemical Engineering and about 5 years fermentation process design experience. Willingness to relocate if necessary. Minimum travel. Company will not sponsor anyone for this position.
