
Traces of dystopian and utopian characteristics can be seen in Lim’s Fall/Winter 2010 collection. On one side of the range, one can see the simplicity on some of the styles, colors are streamlined, as well as the construction of showing less interruptions in the garment. On the other side of the collection, noticeable differences in the arrangements of the garments can be seen. Some of the pieces are sectioned off, containing more than one color or materials in the presentation. As the clothing slowly tells the story of Utopia to Dystopia, the colors of blacks, greys, blues, browns, and burgundy follow the story as well.
