The MWC 2010 gave Google a good opportunity to further brag about its more and more popular mobile platform. According to Googles CEO Eric Schmidt 60000 Android handsets are sold every day which is quite impressive. If you put the numbers together you end up with 1.8 million Android phones sold each month and around 21.8 million Android handsets sold per year.
