Suit: Woman hit on head by air hockey puck

CHICAGO (STMW) – A woman who was hit on the head with an air hockey puck at a Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurant in north suburban Skokie filed a lawsuit against the CEC Entertainment Corp. on Thursday.

Reyna Mason’s suit, filed in Cook County Court, claims that on Feb. 22, 2008, a stray puck from an air hockey table struck her head as she sat in a booth near the game at the Chuck E. Cheese’s at 7142 Carpenter Rd. in Skokie.

Mason is seeking more than $50,000, according to the suit.
