(Solar Inverter) Regional Sales Manager – EMEA (based in Prague, Czech Republic)

Overview
The qualified candidate will be responsible to sell the clients products and services for the complete Inverter line. The successful candidate will also be responsible for finding and winning new customers as well as growing existing customer accounts within a designated territory of Europe.

The candidate should have a demonstrated successful history of selling with and through a channel sales model that includes Utilities, System Integrators, and Dealer/Wholesalers as well as end user accounts. There will also be a responsibility to contribute to the operations activities by participating in sales review meetings. He/she will also participate in the growth and profitability of the organization’s business activities within their designated territories. This position will report to the General Manager EMEA.

Work Experience/ Education Requirments
• Bachelor business or technical degree. Basic electro technical skills are required, Masters Degree in Business would be an asset – technical degrees in Engineering preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of demonstrated successful experience in a sales role. Experience in technical industries would be an asset as well as direct experience in the Power Utilities Industries.

• Demonstrated capability to call/interact with high level individuals, up to and including the “C” level executives.
• Strong interpersonal qualities.
• Solid presentation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Czech and English.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in complex and/or sensitive situations.
• Ability to learn the basics of the renewable energy industry.
