Based on a big sale success of our vertical bagger HSV 81 we launch a brand new machine serie for this bag size that will integrate machines HSV81 with a few small modifications.
New serie HSV120 includes following machines:
· HSV120 ECONOMIC – intermittently working machine with cross sealing jaws driven by cams
· HSV120 FLEXIBLE – intermittently working machine with servo driven cross sealing jaws
· HSV120 CONTINUAL – continuously working machine
· HSV120 CONTINUAL DUPLEX – double-tube continuously working machine
The new serie HSV120 is designed as a modular system. The number of common parts varies for particular machines from 65 up to 85%. The most of constructional groups have been simplified and simultaneously the number of its components has been reduced with keeping the function, what is always our priority.
Machines ECONOMIC, FLEXIBLE and CONTINUAL are in stainless steel execution as a standard. The shell machine frame, that is protected by patent, substantially ease the cleaning of the machine what would be for sure appreciated by such companies as cooling plants or canning factories.

The VELTEKO s. r. o. Company was founded in 1991 and is involved in providing “state-of-the-art” packaging lines, mainly for the food industry. Since 1996 VELTEKO has worked to ISO 9001 certified management system and employs 70 staff , one quarter being development engineers. The company owns VELTEKO POLSKA and VELTEKO RUS, subsidiaries founded to increase sales in these markets. In 2005 a large part of the Company was transferred to the newly established subsidiary VELTEKO CZ.
