Just a few days ago we were telling you how Microsoft has decided to change the name of its Windows Mobile 6.5 OS to Windows Phone Classic and now we find out theres a new code name in place. Windows Phone Starter Edition is the new name of the predecessor of Windows Phone 7 Series. We all agree that Windows Mobile 6.5 was just a transition from the old Windows Mobile versions to the much anticipated Windows Mobile 7. But that doesnt mean that Windows Mobile 6.5 will simply disappear
