Democratic Senate nominee Alexi Giannoulias appeared before the Chicago Sun-Times editorial board on Wednesday morning to talk about his role as a loan officer in the troubled family-owned Broadway Bank. He took blame for making too many real estate loans and said the bank may fail. GOP rival Rep. Mark Steven Kirk is making the bank a central issue in the campaign.
