Just to let you know that our volunteer, Elsie, is holding the first meeting of the Birmingham Fundraising Group on Monday 8th March at 6.00pm in our offices next to the Mailbox in Birmingham. She’s meeting everyone outside the Mailbox at 6.00pm, it would be great if you could come along – everyone’s welcome!
This is the first meeting of the brand new Oxfam Birmingham fundraising group – a chance for everyone to meet over a cup of tea and a biscuit and find out a little more about what it will mean to be part of a new fundraising team.
We’re looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to get involved – your fundraising activities can be anything and everything – ranging from cake sales to gala dinners. And your role will help to deliver these – could be anything from putting up posters to speaking to the local newspaper!
