As we reported, Mayor Richard Lowe, a member of New York City Mayor Michael Bloombergâ??s anti-gun coalition, â??Mayors Against Illegal Gunsâ??, introduced an ordinance that would require gun-owners in the Borough of Swarthmore to report lost or stolen firearms within 72-hours or face a fine up to $1,000 and/or up to 90 days in jail.
