That’s the new name for the 2010 Compensation and Benefits Survey. The deadline for participating in the 2010 survey is extended to March 26. Hundreds of nonprofits rely on it to set salaries and benefits for their employees, analyze their own jobs and wages, and evaluate industry compensation standards. Indeed it’s one of the most well-used reference books in our library. For all of us working in the sector I encourage you to have your ED or HR staff fill it out. Completing this year’s survey is easier than ever. The narrative component can be filled out through via a webpage and the comp data can be inserted into an easily downloaded excel sheet.
