Congrats to The Wonder Years’ Danica McKellar, who is pregnant with her first child. Danica, now 35, has announced that she and hubby Mike Verta are expecting a bundle of joy this fall.
“I’m nearing the end of my first trimester and I’m so excited – I’ve been bursting to tell people…” says McKellar, who is best remembered as Winnie Cooper on the nostalgic series.
In recent years, the former child star has embarked on a personal mission to inspire more girls to excel in mathematics, and has written three books on the topic. The latest, Hot X: Algebra Exposed, hits shelves in August.
