Open for a weekend once a year around October it houses a fascinating collection of unique Victorian preserved and stuffed animals.
Housed in a remaining Victorian villa in Bournemouth is a fascinating museum of local artifacts including fossils, stuffed animals and preserved in formaldehyde. Many of these objects are unique. It is also home to an Egyptian mummy and sarcophagus of Tahemaa from Thebes.
There is a botanical garden in the back.
