The 2010 Australian Grand Prix will present the drivers with yet another new rule, this time linked with pit lane speed. According to a statement from the Aussie organizers, the speed limit in the pit lane for both the Saturday qualifying session and Sunday race has been lowered to no less than 60 km/h (approximately 37 mph).
Until now, the speed limit in the pit lane was around 100 km/h (62 mph), not only in Australia, but through the majority of the venues that currently host F1 races. The … (read more)
