On Monday, March 29, House Bill 631 was unanimously passed by the Senate. The bill will now head to Governor Butch Otterâ??s (R) desk for his consideration. HB 631 is designed to update Idaho state law to meet the requirements set forth in the Federal NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 (NIAA).
