He may be cheating scum, but Jesse James is no neo-Nazi, according to his attorney.

James’ attorney Joe Yanny told CNN News Wednesday. The hat that James was wearing in the photo was given to him as a gag gift by his Jewish godfather. He admitted the hat may have been in poor taste, but denied it made the biker a neo-Nazi.
A source tells the magazine the photo was taken in James’s home and “he did it for shock value.” Despite claims that Sandra’s cheating hubby is a white supremacist with a collection of swastika-themed memorabilia who even has a surfboard decorated with Hitler’s image, the source says James is “just a history buff” and he’s “far from a Neo-Nazi.”
“He had a stepmom whose father lost family in the camps, and they’d talk about it growing up. Jesse’s not a white supremacist,” insists the source.
Jesse’s seemingly perfect five-year marriage to the Oscar-winning Bullock was shattered earlier this month when tattooed stripper Michelle McGee, who wore a Nazi swastika armband in a photo shoot last year, revealed that she had an 11-month affair with the biker.
