Has years of yoyo dieting and fluctuating weight finally taken its toll on former Wilson-Phillips singer Carnie Wilson?
The daughter of Beach Boys founder Brian Wilson has battled with her weight for decades and even famously underwent gastric bypass surgery in 1999. However, after two pregnancies and more than a decade of unhealthy eating, Carnie is back to packing on the pounds and pals fear the extra weight could be harmful to the star’s health, The National Enquirer claims.
Wilson was treated by paramedics after becoming dizzy and losing her balance on the set of The Newlywed Game, which she hosts for the Game Show Network (GSN). She blamed the dizzy spell on medication she had been prescribed for a cyst doctors had found on her neck – but show producers think Carnie’s health is seriously at risk as a result of her weight struggles.
A source tells The Enquirer, “In the middle of the show, Carnie went white and began to sway. Her speech was garbed.”
Carnie documents her lifelong battle against the bulge on her GSN reality show Carnie Wilson: Unstapled.
