Voortman specialises in complete CNC controlled production lines and stand-alone machines for shot blasting and processing of structural steel profiles and plates. The goal of the company is building complete processing lines with a high degree of automation. Complementing their machinery range with the inTEC painting systems, Voortman can now provide complete production lines with fully automatic surface treatment systems.
The inTEC painting systems, which are combined with the Voortman shot blasters, can be used in pre-fabrication as well as post fabrication. Therefore the inTEC painting systems are available for primer and top coating applications. All inTEC painting systems are equipped with a drying tunnel and are controlled from the Voortman CNC-Control with “visual traceability” software.
