Evaporated Milk (Slow Method)( Beverages – Milk )

INGREDIENTS:

    • 3 cups soy or rice milk
    • Vanilla, to taste
    • Pinch of salt

METHOD:
Put 3 cups liquid soy milk or rice milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until volume is reduced to 1 1/2 cups. Add vanilla to taste, and a pinch of salt. Cool. Store in fridge.
