OMSG-Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio SpA has realised a shot blasting and painting plant in line for the treatment of GPL bottles.
Bottles dimensions : ø 1000 x 3000/H mm.
Finishing required : SA 2½ as per Standard ISO 8501-1.
OMSG has produced a tunnel shot blasting machine type SANDERMATIC with double blasting station; a double overhead conveyor links our installation to the painting plant.
The whole production process is controlled by PLC.
