The FCC plots their next move

Yesterday the FCC was dealt a big blow in their efforts to regulate the Internet. A federal appeals court ruled they do not have the power to regulate web traffic under current law. However, The New York Times reports the FCC will try to circumvent the ruling by the courts and classify the Internet as a public utility. In the short term:
