Jennifer Carpenter says her husband, Dexter star Michael C. Hall, has “fully recovered” from cancer and has returned to work.

Carpenter said Friday that Hall was “incredibly brave” when he announced in January that he was undergoing treatment for Hodgkin’s lymphoma, cancer of the lymph nodes. Hall, 38, is currently in remission after undergoing treatment at a health facility near Los Angeles. In fact, he was snapped by paps filming scenes for the upcoming film East Fifth Bliss — alongside co-star Lucy Liu — in New York City this week.
Michael won a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Golden Globe earlier this year for his portrayal of Dexter, a serial killer who targets other murderers. Jennifer stars on the gory Showtime hit series as Dexter’s sister.
