‘The international committee responsible for investigating the Polish President’s plane crash has revealed there were extra people in the cockpit of the plane. In a news conference in Moscow, the committee presented their first detailed report, leaving the main cause of the tragedy yet to be discovered. On 10 April 2010, Polish President Lech Kaczynski died in the crash of a Polish Air Force Tu-154. Ninety six people, mostly Poland’s high-ranking officials, lost their lives in this accident.’
